As of September 1, 2008 the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) governing adoptions between the U.S. and Vietnam has expired. All new referrals of children have been suspended pending the negotiation of a new MOU. We will update the website when there is news about a resumption of adoptions from Vietnam.
