Interim Care Information
During the time that my baby was waiting for his forever family he stayed with an interim care provider. An interim care provider is a family who cares for babies who are waiting to be placed with their forever families. The adoption agency gave me their number so that I could call and see how he was doing. They updated me on how well he was doing and anything new that he started doing. One parent is always at home with him and spends the day taking care of him. The counselor had told me about the adoptive family who was going to be adopting him and they sound wonderful. They have been calling the interim care providers up as well to check in and see how he is doing and have been visiting him. I’m glad that he is being taken care of so well and that he has someone providing for him.
